What is CurbSmart Solutions?
CurbSmart Solutions is a premium trash-to-curb service that takes the hassle out of trash day. We bring your bins to the curb the evening before collection and return them to their storage location after pickup.
How does the service work?
1. Sign Up Online – Choose your plan and enter your payment details.
2. We Handle Your Bins – Our team ensures your trash and recycling bins are at the curb on time.
3. We Return Them – After collection, we bring them back to their designated storage spot.
How much does the service cost?
We offer three pricing plans based on your needs:
• Founding Member Pricing (First 50 members): $37/month for 2 bins, 1 collection day per week.
• Standard Plan: $47/month for 2 bins, 1 trash/recycle collection day per week.
• Premium Plan: $59/month for up to 4 bins, up to 2 trash/recycle collection days per week (e.g., trash on Monday, recycling on Tuesday). Includes long driveways (25ft+).
A-La-Carte Add-Ons:
• Additional Bins: +$5/month per extra bin
• Long driveway (25ft+): +$5/month
What is the Founding Member Pricing?
The first 50 members who sign up will lock in a special lifetime rate of $37/month for 2 bins, 1 collection day per week. Once we reach 50 members, the price increases to our Standard Plan rate of $47/month.
Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?
No! Our service is billed month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and online payment options through our secure payment portal.
When do you take my trash bins to the curb?
We bring your bins to the curb the evening before your scheduled collection day.
When do you return the bins?
We return later the same day after your trash has been picked up to place your bins back in their designated storage area.
What happens on holidays?
If your trash collection is delayed due to a holiday, we adjust our service accordingly and notify you in advance.
What if my trash pickup is missed by the city?
Unfortunately, we do not control the city’s waste collection schedule. However, if your pickup is skipped, we will still return your bins and follow up on your next scheduled service day.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No! As long as we have clear access to your bins, we’ll take care of everything.
Do you offer bin cleaning services?
At this time, we do not provide bin cleaning services, but we plan to introduce this as an optional add-on in the future. Stay tuned!
Can I request service for just one time?
Currently, we only offer ongoing monthly memberships, but we are currently testing one-time and seasonal service options for the future. Please fill out the Contact form if you are interested in participating in our pilot program.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Yes! Our service makes a great convenience gift. Contact us to arrange a prepaid subscription for a friend, family member, or neighbor.
